I'm sorry, "Limey" David, for overlooking you.
You should know there are three, excusable reasons why I may not have the best memory in the club:
· Malaria (West Africa, 1969);
· Concussion (motorcycle mishap, western Colorado, 2003); and
· Seizure (2004, due to anesthetic accidently being injected into a vein before surgery to repair shoulder damage incurred from motorcycle mishap).
