Additionally they also have the Freedom Plans.  More per month, but you can suspend it for the months you don't need it so it could cost less per year.

I'm contemplating some Iron Butt rides this Summer and for some of them a tracker is required for "certification" (I'm thinking particularly the "Heaven-to-Hell" where you ride from the top of Mount Evans to Badwater Basin in Death Valley, the highest- and lowest-paved roads in North America, respectively.) 

Maybe a good topic for a presentation?  If there's someone who's willing to do it, that is.
