Re: [emrat:13376] Bonnie Rectifier/Regulator to borrow?

Having said the above, my inclination is to just go ahead and replace the R/R anyway.  Given that my bike is 20 years old, it's probably seen better days.

@martin how is the R/R behaving? On my speedmaster (non-ego) I was having charging issues. Found the R/R was putting out low voltage at idle.

Replaced it with a Rick's MOSFET R/R and all was well with the world.

Might be worth just going for the replacement Ricks. It's a better product over OEM anyway.

Since we're asking these questions, if anyone has a spare working stator from a SOHC CB750, hit me up ;)

I know it's a long shot, but by any chance does anybody have a functioning rectifier/regulator for an air cooled (preferably non-EFI) Bonneville that I could borrow? I'm having charging issues and I'd like to swap in a "known good" rectifier to see if that may be the issue. Thanks in advance!
