Re: [emrat:4660] 911

That has always been my experience with Matthew as well.  Always friendly, always treated Sara and I well.  Always gave us the better deal, which is why we have always been FH customers rather than Erico customers, despite several tries.  Purchased a Bonneville, Sprint ST 1050, and Tiger 800 XC from Matthew as well as both of Sara’s 650GS’s.    He took care of us on sales, he took care of us on service issues.   Ben Kamm took over as our sales contact, when Matthew left, and he has been good to us as well.

Maybe the move to Steele’s has changed Matthew.  I haven’t attempted to buy a bike from him at Steele’s, but I have nothing bad to say about him based on my past experiences, only good.

Martin,
Matthew Morrison, when I met him, was a sales manager at Foothills.  As I understand, there is also some history between him and Erico, but I wont' attempt to recall that story.  Anyways, he is a an English guy who is a character for sure.

I haven't had any negative experiences with him.  When he was at Foothills, he was always friendly to me and was always willing to had over a set of keys, even though he knew I had no intention of making a purchase.

Is Mountain Thunder on the Hampden Frontage road?

Pardon my ignorance but who is Matthew Morrison?

As for Steele's, they always have a nice selection of used bikes (which makes them rather unique in the Denver area) but it seems like every time I go in there I hear them arguing with a customer.  When I owned older Japanese bikes I usually got them serviced at Mountain Thunder in Sheridan - much nicer group of people to work with.
