Re: [emrat:4661] 911

Matthew (through circumstances that are debated) is now in sales at Steele's.

That's good to know about Mountain Thunder.  That would be convenient for me, but have been apprehensive about stopping in because of the cluttered appearance from the street.

Ah, Okay, yes now I know who you're talking about.  I remember him from Foothills. Is he still there?

It was the talk of Steele's that threw me off.

And yes, Mountain Thunder is the place off of old Hampden in Sheridan.  They seem to specialize in older bikes.  Nice guys, they have a very cluttered inside junkyard of old Japanese bikes from the 70's and 80's in their small facility.  When I had my old Kawasaki I took it there for service and repairs.

Martin,
Matthew
Morrison, when I met him, was a sales manager at
Foothills.  As I understand, there is also some history
between him and Erico, but I wont' attempt to recall
that story.  Anyways, he is a an English guy who is a
character for sure.

I
haven't had any negative experiences with him.  When he
was at Foothills, he was always friendly to me and was
always willing to had over a set of keys, even though he
knew I had no intention of making a purchase.

Is
Mountain Thunder on the Hampden Frontage road?

Pardon
my ignorance but who is Matthew Morrison?

As for Steele's, they
always have a nice selection of used bikes (which makes them
rather unique in the Denver area) but it seems like every
time I go in there I hear them arguing with a customer.
When I owned older Japanese bikes I usually got them
serviced at Mountain Thunder in Sheridan - much nicer group
of people to work with.

  Funny,

but Matthew has never been anything but fair and honest
when dealing with Sara and I.  Purchased 4
bikes from him.
   No complaints
whatsoever.
