Manny - I was thinking about putting the calendar online using Teamup -- no cost to use it and it doesn't require folks to create special logins. For example, here is a sample using our events in March:

I'm happy to take this on to get the calendar loaded based on your PDF, and can give approp fields write access to make updates.
While I could do this in Google Calendar, I didn't want to require folks to create a Google account.
Let me know if you want me to take a stab at this. If you had another way you were going to handle it, that's fine too.
