Hello fellow RATs,

After further review of the weather forecasts, I've decided that it would be best to take the lower elevation route after all. With highs predicted only about 62-65 at the lower elevations it may be a bit brisk in the foothills. The forecast is showing possible afternoon and evening rain showers, so a long day in the saddle may prove to be a problem as well.

I am also concerned about the condition of the roads because of the recent rains and snow that has occurred, and think that they may have gravel, mud, and/or sand on them in places, none of which are fun to find in a tight corner.

All that being said, I am changing the meeting place to the Sedalia Bar & Grill on south US 85, with a departure time of 9:30 AM. I regret that this didn't go as planned, but at least it's better than last weekends weather!
