Well, the question mark simply relates to the fact that the bill hasn't completed its trip to the Governor's desk and its likely sign off there. As you say, Sean, it has never been "officially legal" but looks like it will be soon. Just thought folks would be interested in this legislative development. Have a great weekend, everyone. Looks like the sunshine and dry pavement are back.
