With highs predicted only about 62-65 at the lower elevations it may be a bit brisk in the foothills. The forecast is showing possible afternoon and evening rain showers, so a long day in the saddle may prove to be a problem as well. I am also concerned about the condition of the roads because of the recent rains and snow that has occurred, and think that they may have gravel, mud, and/or sand on them in places, none of which are fun to find in a tight corner. All that being said, I am changing the meeting place to the Sedalia Bar & Grill on south US 85, with a departure time of 9:30 AM. I regret that this didn't go as planned, but at least it's better than last weekends weather! See you on Saturday.
