I agree Chris. If you talk to people in that way, things are probably going to get confrontational to say the least. In todays world, that can get you shot at.

Sorry. Tapping or asking nicely is one thing. But saying, "put down your f*ckin phone" would lead many people to be angry. I'm not trying to justify the car hitting the motorcycle, but there are better ways to bring this to a driver's attention than what this biker did. Just my 2 cents...
