Chris, the Cortech Micro 2.0 tank bag has a top compartment for GPS/smart phone, costs $60 and has both magnets and straps.

Can anyone recommend a low-profile tank bag, preferably a magnetic one, that has a see through compartment for holding a GPS, along with a hole for cabling in? I don't need anything that big/tall, just something fairly thin that I can see my GPS while biking.
