[The Network] Bridges for Employers Training- helps employers understand how poverty plays out in the workplace

WorkLife is offering Bridges for Employers training at no cost to employers. Think about sending this invite out to the employers you work with to help them build awareness of poverty in the workplace.

A new training opportunity called Bridges for Employers provides education for management and supervisors to identify the hidden rules in the workplace, and how differences in economic class play out and affect productivity, talent retention, and your organization's bottom-line.

WorkLife Partnership is providing this training to Colorado employers at no cost as part of their W.K. Kellogg multi-year grant to build awareness of poverty in the workplace.

Bridges for Employers challenges your thinking and has motivated many employers to make changes to their work environment and thought-process.
