This is GOOD!  This address is the old Triangle Bar and then the Rockaway Bar.  Wurstkuche from Los Angeles is buying it.  They operate a sausage and bier (their spelling) place---like Billy's Gourmet Hotdogs with speciality beer.  Here's the menu:
