I hope this note reaches you in the midst of a great Friday, on this last day summer!
Two weeks from tomorrow, Saturday September 29th, we have a major community event planned. I am asking all Neighborhood Leaders to attend and also spread the word to your community about Mayor Michael B. Hancock’s Cabinet in the Community. This is a unique opportunity to get involved and to meet with and actually talk to - the Mayor, Cabinet Members, and Department Heads! I trust you can see the inherent value in such an opportunity!
You already received a notification about this event; however I wanted to jog your memory and request you add this date to your calendar. We WANT to hear from you, from your neighbors. We want to know how we as a city can better serve your community. I am attaching the event flyer to this email. Please send this to your community distribution lists and if possible print and post it in your neighborhood hot spots.
