Yep, as I mentioned September is prime riding season. Perhaps the majority of the attendees to the swap aren't the type of rider who leaves the area or their comfort zone. I'm sure it will be packed as usual regardless.

Perhaps the hope for better weather in September than in February. But better weather also means a better chance that people will be out traveling / touring on their bikes, as I will be during that time frame.
Headed to Utah the 18th through the 22nd. If anyone has some time free over that period and wants to go, let me know!

Very interesting news...I always enjoyed the swap being in February as Spring is just around the corner and the riding season begins soon. I wonder what the driving force was to move the swap to September during prime riding season. If anyone was in any way intimidated by the presence of the 1%'ers in February, I can only imagine how many will be representing their clubs at this year's swap.
