Posting for Bilingual Social Worker (English/Spanish)

 

The Denver Hospice is seeking a full time bilingual social worker to provide social work services to terminally ill  individuals and their families in the home and facility settings. The social worker will work as part of an interdisciplinary team. At least one year of experience working with individuals at end of life preferred, as well as knowledge of community resources and entitlements. Current Colorado license in good standing is required.
