RE: [emrat:6067] Knight of the Triumph Crusade

I thought so. It looks almost identical to the 1971 Tiger 650 that I had back in the late 80's to the early 90's. The one that I sold and now kick myself for letting "get away". There was a great write up recently in the Motorcycle News (i think it was) that the writer said that the Tiger 650 was the number 1 best all around motorcycle to ever be built. Great bike and great memories of back when I was riding the one that I had.

Yes, Jeff, that's correct.  A Tiger.  And I still have it.  It was airfreighted to the U.S. by the London dealer after my European tour was over, which took three months and covered 6,000 miles, all the way down to Athens via Yugoslavia and back up via Italy.
