COURTESY NOTICE OF PENDING TEXT AMENDMENT TO DENVER ZONING CODE
Summary:
DZC Text Amendment 13 would continue current limitations on growing medical marijuana in residential zone districts and as an accessory use to a primary residential use by repealing the November 1, 2012 expiration (“sunset”) date attached to those limitations. The Denver Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on this proposed text amendment on September 5, 2012.
