The Denver Housing Authority (DHA) is opening its 2013 Section 8 Lottery.  On-line entries ONLY will be accepted on Thursday, September 20, 2012 (beginning at 12:01 a.m.) through Friday, September 21, 2012 (ending at 12:00 midnight).
