[CPN] INC ZAP change of date for Sept meeting: now Sept 29th

UPDATE FROM MIKE HENRY:

 

Please note that the INC Zoning and Planning Committee will not meet at its regular date of September 22. Instead, we will meet on Saturday September 29, usual time and place.

 

The reason is that our main speaker, Tracy Huggins, the executive director of the Denver Urban Renewal Authority, was unable to attend on the earlier date. She will discuss tax increment financing in general, current and recent DURA possible projects including the National Western Stock Show and the redevelopment of the former University of Colorado Health Sciences campus at 9^th and Colorado Blvd. and other DURA functions, including financial help to remodel homes in low-income neighborhoods.
