[The Network] Re: Oct. 20th info for college students and those considering

Terrance Carroll confirmed that he is available to speak during the opening event of the educational symposium at Auraria campus on October 20th! Terrance Carroll is a former Speaker of the Colorado House, Attorney, & Motivational Speaker and will make a huge impact on the lives of the students in Denver.

So far we have these non-profits and/or community partners who are planning to host tables: AAUW-Denver, Project Wise, Dress For Success - Denver; DU Women's College, and Healthcare for all Colorado. If you know of a non-partisan agency which would like to participate, please share this with them.
The title of the symposium is: Mind, Body, & Pocket: A First Year in College Survival Program. The tagline is "Shrinking the First-Year Drop Out Rate One Student at a Time." The symposium is a way to bring people from the community and non-profits together under one roof at one time to show our students we support and believe in them.If your agency would like to host a table, we do have spots available (no charge).

The time in which we would like for him to speak to the students is between 10:05 am - 10:40 am during the opening event in Tivoli Turnhall
This is the overall timeline:
