Subject: Advocacy Class for People with Disabilities Experiencing Homelessness

The Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition (CCDC) is offering an advocacy class for people with disabilities who are experiencing homelessness or who have recently experienced homelessness. As a result of increased calls from people having disability related problems accessing services in the homeless services industry. In response to these concerns, CCDC obtained a small grant from the Denver Foundation to hold an 8 week advocacy class for up to 10 people who want to make a change in how people with disabilities experiencing homelessness are treated.   

When and where: Classes are WEDNESDAY'S from 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (see tentative class schedule on page 2)

MAIN Denver Library (room TBA) on Broadway and 13^th.Lunch will be served.
