[emrat:4083] Re: Calender for April

I was fiddling with the idea of going to the Moto GP in Austin that weekend. But if not then I would be in I think.

Hello everyone

Just wondering if any rides, events etc. have been scheduled for the month of April? If the answer is no,l would like to propose a ride to a vintage airplane museum, located by the Colordo Springs airport.

The museum's main focus and mission is the recovery and restoration of planes from the World War II era (1939-1945),with the prime mission of making the planes air worthy.l did visit the museum today, and as a result,l tentively booked a guided tour for April 12th @ 10.00am.

Tour will take approximately two hours, which also includes access to the museum's restoration area and war related pictures, news headlines etc.

Admission price is $10,but l should be able to get a better rate if l book this myself as a group,as opposed to individual admission.Depending on group size,l should be able to handle this on-line.

If this is something that is of interest  to any of you,let me know so we can discuss at the March meeting. Will do my utmost best to attend, but more than likely,l will have to leave early due to possibly working nights.Any questions and/or issues, let me know. The museum's web site is http://www.worldwariiaviation.org/

Tomorrow, will brush cob-webs of one of the bikes and do a short ride.
