Toast is really good.  Although, it gets crowded.  We ended up at the Old Mill because we didn't feel like waiting at Toast.

There is also a new place called "Toast" right between the 2. You can see it on the corner at the light on Santa Fe @ Bolwes.

The Old Mill brewery in old town Littleton has a decent breakfast menu and they don't tend to get very busy.  Just some ideas for you.

Throwing another suggestion out there,  Lucile's Creole Cafe on 2852 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80120.   I have not yet been, but I hear it is very good.
