It looks like this place more specializes in BMW, Ducati and Moto Guzzi, but it might be worth a phone call anyway: http://www.euromotoelectrics.com/ The nice thing is they are local, and maybe could direct you to someone more Triumph-oriented.

Hey All, I've been having intermittent issues with my 08 Triple, the instrument cluster would occasionally lose power, causing the bike to freak out / stall / fail to start (ECU on 05+ requires cluster to be present to run)
Debugging this, I found a problem with the wiring coming off the cluster, but *not* in the usual place near the steering headset -- rather, underneath the tank where the instrument cluster wiring connects to the main bike wiring harness.- the "male" side of the connector from the gauge cluster was rubbing against something, and wore the wiring through, right at the base of the connector. Tried re-soldering but not enough slack to work with.
- the "female" side of the connector coming off the main harness looks like it's melting around one pin -- not sure if this is due to issues with the other end or an actual over-current problem.
I have some pictures @ http://imgur.com/a/921t8
It looks like Triumph only sells the entire wiring harness as a whole, and it's quite expensive!
eBay turns up lots of main wiring harnesses, but not the instrument cluster wiring.
Wondering if any of you guys/gals might know of a wrecked Triple or a shop around DEN that would have just the instrument cluster wiring I could buy? I'd like to try cutting this one out and replace it.
Any info appreciated, thanks!
