[The Network] free Denver b-fast Thursday

Breakfast in Red is a fun, FREE educational event focusing on women and heart disease on Thursday, August 27 from 8 a.m. to noon at the PPA Event Center. The morning includes of a FREE breakfast, speakers, workshops along with a heart healthy expo for women to learn more about their greatest health threat – heart disease and stroke. Chef Elizabeth Buckingham give a cooking lesson, Betty Heart shows how laughter really is the best medicine and there is a hand-only CPR workshop. Register here. This event is sponsored by the American Heart Association and Go Red for Women. The PPA Event Center is at 2105 Decatur St., Denver.
