[CPN] E&L Open Forum Meetings and Other Materials

Good afternoon,

 

Excise and Licenses would like to invite everyone to participate in our new “Open Forum” meetings.  These meetings will be an informal opportunity for residents and RNOs to meet with the Director and our staff to discuss your neighborhoods and our Department.

 

The meetings will be regularly held on the fourth Monday of every two months.  The meetings will be from 4:00pm to 5:00pm in the Excise and Licenses hearing room, on the second floor of the Webb Building, 201 W. Colfax Ave.  The first meeting is set for Monday, September 24, 2012 at 4:00pm.

 

Also, we would like to pass along several materials at the suggestion of INC and other RNOs:

·         Standards and Protocols for Hearings & Decisions – a brief set of guidelines for hearing officers in our liquor license hearings

·         Business License Complaint Form – a form for the public to submit complaints about licensed businesses (also available on our website homepage)

·         Fellowship Program – a description of our fellowship program for students and volunteers
