I think 9 AM is a good time. Some may want to hike up the N side to get a little more exercise. N side for most will take about 1:15 .

Agreed. The weather is looking good so far. I think in the past, in the summer, we have met in the LZ at 8am. After site introductions and the hike up, that should have people on top by 10 if they want to do a early launch.
Perhaps we should defer the meeting time suggestion to Sink Ho and Eck who are now the masters of the site.
