All proceeds will be split between the Epworth Foundation and Southeast Christian Outreach.

 

Designed specifically for professionals who work in service to others, this 3-hour session will alter your relationship to stress forever. Explore paradigm-shifting principles, and walk out with a toolbag of stress interventions for use in those tough, tense moments - including pressure points, 1-minute meditations and sensory relaxation cues.

Belinda Waldron brings more than 20 years of experience working as an educator, facilitator, and direct service provider within the nonprofit and housing sectors. She has a Master's Degree in Divinity from Harvard with concentrations in Public Policy, Nonprofit Administration, and Pastoral Care and Counseling.
