[CPN]

Dear Registered Neighborhood Organization Representative,

Denver 311 is the primary point of contact for citizens to request City services, ask a question or be directed to any of the City Agencies or Divisions.  Our contact center offers multiple communication channels including voice, electronic, on line or social media.

Some of the many inquiries that can be addressed within the Denver 311 Center include barking dog complaints and other animal related questions, graffiti reports, trash and recycling questions, pothole repairs, property tax information, motor vehicle assistance (license plates), property concerns and public records just to name a few.

We are committed to provide a link for non-emergency services/communications between the citizen and the City and County of Denver and to accomplish this goal in a personal, timely, efficient, accurate and measurable manner.

With over 200 registered RNOs within the City each organization remains an integral part in connecting City government with the citizens we serve.  Denver 311 would like to work in close partnership with each of these organizations.  For this reason we are extending your organization an invitation to get to know us and the services we provide by inviting you and other members of your RNO to visit Denver 311 and/or if you prefer we would be happy to send a Denver 311 representative to one of your neighborhood meetings or events.  The Denver 311 Contact Center is located in the Wellington Webb Municipal Building at 201 W. Colfax Ave. on the first floor.  To schedule a visit or request a Denver 311 representative attend one your RNO meetings please contact Marilyn Sanders at 720-913-5339 or marilyn.sanders@denvergov.org     We look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Sincerely,
