It's good to hear that someone else is leaving on Thursday.  We are open to other routes if you decide to take your T100.  Let me know what you decide and we can go from there.

I'm going to be heading to Taos on Thursday morning September 6 and returning Monday the 10th. My route is undetermined currently as it depends on whether I will be riding my classic 68 T120R or my modern T100 Bonnie. If I ride my classic, which is my plan at the moment, I will most likely take a shorter route like Hwy 285 to US 64...my classic is a little more tiring with all those "Good Vibrations."

It was nice seeing everyone that we met in Montrose at the meeting last night.  Thank you all for making us feel welcome.  Colleen and I will be leaving for Taos around 8 a.m. on Thursday, September 6th, and returning on Sunday, September 9th.  I was looking over our maps, and I think we will take 285 all the way down before hitting 64 in New Mexico to get to Taos.  If anyone else is planning on leaving Thursday please let us know so that we can make arrangements to ride down together.  We have our reservations at the Kachina as well.
