[CPN] landmark designation policy - notice of public hearing at the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission

Please note that the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 6^th at 1:00 p.m. to consider adopting a policy regarding defining “a landmark structure” and a “historic district” for purposes of landmark designation applications.    Additional information on the public hearing is provided in the attached notice. 

 

While we will be adding information on the proposed policy to our website this week, I have gone ahead and attached a copy of the policy that will be under consideration.   Please feel free to share this information to whomever you feel might be interested.
