Anne - the actual value of a skin suit is still up for debate and at present the effect may be more placebo than real- however if your sister wants to wear one then the sizing must be REALLY tight - much tighter than originally thought - so ensure the sizing is correct.

Depending on the brand she's probably a women's large.  According to the TYR chart she would be either a 30 or a 30 L at  5'6½, 140 lbs. If someone has one close to the right size and is willing, we'd probably have to look at the size chart for the brand.  She is in Iowa and will take care of shipping and a reasonable fee.
