[CPN] Upstream Impact presentation

Julie,

We would like to request five minutes in your next neighborhood association meeting to present an opportunity for your attendees to help fight poverty in Northeast Denver.  We currently have 28 families in poverty who are in their 7th week of training in how to build resources for a better life.  We desire to wrap 3 individuals around these families for 18 months to help them get out of poverty.

Upstream Impact is also hosting a Poverty Simulation on the morning of January 26th at Clayton Early Learning Center at Colorado Blvd and Martin Luther King Blvd that will take people on a journey of the harsh realities of poverty.  Our desire is to see individuals that participate join us in the poverty alleviation our efforts.  We believe that is it going to take a community effort to see poverty eliminated in Northeast Denver.  For more information about Upstream Impact and what we are doing please visit our website at www.upstreamimpact.org.

We would love to attend your meeting and share about the opportunity with your association members. Please let me know if this is possible.
