Shad's back in town and looking to get current on the tow rig... not to mention we are all itching to fly. Looking ahead to the forecast for Sat/Sun it looks like both days could be suitable for towing with Saturday looking better for Calhan... (Sunday looks a little Cross for Calhan.)
Right now towing for Saturday is a "definite maybe" :) I'll be watching the WX and update you guys later in the week but give it some thought if you are looking to come out and play reply so I can get an idea of the head count.
If the WX works out, I'll be on site with the tow rig at 8a to get some early morning 1000' sledders in for Zach and any others wanting to fly in the calm. Expect the site to get thermic around 10:30 and the winds to get stronger by 1p.
Sunday looks to remain calm most of the day but good E/W tow sites seem hard to come by. Again... this forecast is still 5 day's out and subject to change.
