[The Network] Don't miss 'Legal Marijuana Issues and Solutions' - Nov 27

Secure your seat at this in-depth, half-day workshop, Legal Marijuana Issues and Solutions, November 27, at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Golden.

Colorado human service workers are grappling with the issue of legal marijuana. Agencies which are supposed to help their clients to clean up are now dealing with a substance that is illegal at the federal level, legal for anyone over 21 in Colorado and actually prescribed for certain medical conditions. It is also increasingly socially acceptable. How can human service workers appropriately handle this issue with their clients? What are the scientific, legal and societal facts that workers need to take into account.

Panelists will present their views on the subject and answer questions from participants.
