I spoke with Cheryl yesterday and received confirmation for a block of rooms and rate. In addition we are all set for the BBQ dinner on Saturday evening for those wishing to attend and the cost of $20.00 is the same. The menu will be BBQ ribs, chicken, baked beans, macaroni salad. Cheryl was very appreciative that we were returning for our 4th year!!!! I have 30 rooms blocked for the dates of 5 September through 9 September in the event folks want to arrive early on Thursday or leave on Monday morning. If we need more rooms Cheryl will be more than happy to open more up at the same rate. Below is the information so whoever is planning to attend can call the Kachina Lodge direct and make your reservations. I confirmed with Cheryl their cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. 10 King Rooms at $69.99 per night 20 Double Queen Rooms at $74.99 per night The group confirmation number is 1888. Smoking rooms if desired will be available on request.
