Denver Shared Spaces is working with Medici Communities to find nonprofit organizations or small businesses to locate in the new EvansStations Lofts. The developer (Medici) would like to partner with passionate, community-minded organizations and businesses to help activate the commercial space on the first floor of this affordable housing development. This RFQ will be used to identify organizations and businesses who want to locate in this space and work to activate the community both inside and outside this new housing development.
