I hope everyone was able to get out and ride this past weekend, which was glorious.  Unfortunately, I came down with the crud Thursday night and unhappily saw the weekend fly past while I tried to recuperate and get back on my feet.  L

 

First, from Craig's List, a reported stolen 675 Daytona from Albuquerque . . . something to watch for as we're out and about.

 

Second, just in case you've ever had a close call with a vehicle approaching too fast behind you when you have stopped in traffic, watch this video—and shudder:

Third, a possible topic for a future meeting: Why "trail braking" might be a good skill to have when one goes into a curve a too fast . . . who amongst us could talk on this?  Curtis?  Bullitt Bob?
