Thanks for all the replies, I really appreciate all the input. After having an alert on craigslist for quite some time and trying to find a good Bonnie at the right price, this feels a tad high, but the T100's are always about $2k higher than the base models.--
I will make sure that the valves have been done, thats a key piece of information.
I actually was looking for a fuel injected one, but if anyone has a better deal handy I am all ears right now and have cash in hand!
Steles Cycle has a 2007 black t100 with 18k miles on it for $4500 so maybe I will go look at that one as well. Thats not the fuel injected one, but for almost $1500 less it might not be that big of a deal until I learn to push the bike anyway.
I could always wait, but I have waited so long and a bike is within my grasp, not that I could ride it much in the next few months.

Tomorrow I am going to go test drive and possible buy a 2009 Triumph Bonneville t100 and wanted to ask a few questions to those in the know. It is at Foothills triumph / bmw in Lakewood. They have all the service records for the bike, and it looks great.
First real question: It has 16K miles on it. That doesn't sound like a lot to me, but I have never bought a used bike before. Is that a lot, and is there anything I should look out for?
What is your experiences with Foothills? They seem great, but that of course is from only one experience talking to a sales guy about a bike I already really like.
Here is a link to some quick phone pics I took while looking at it.
This is going to be my first real bike and am quite excited about it, but I wanted to get the real deal from people who ride these already. Thanks in advance for any advice you guys give me.
