Get my wife a P2

Ok, I want to get my wife paragliding lessons for our anniversary, which is coming up at the end of November. I see several companies up in Golden and Boulder. I'd like her to go for her P1/P2. She would likely need to do it over time, not intensively in a matter of days or couple weeks, due to her schedule. I see it finishing up within a month or so. Any recommendations? Anyone want to take her for a tandem to make sure she has the gall? She's gotten half way through her 'A' license in skydiving before life pushed her away from it, so she's not completely ignorant of a wing over her head.
