[The Network] Colorado Refugee Wellness Center - Program Director Position

On behalf of a community partner, Aurora Mental Health Center, below please find a posting for a Program Director for the Colorado Refugee Wellness Center.

The Colorado Refugee Wellness Center seeks a strong, community-minded leader to function as Program Director. The CoRWC is a collaboration of community partners who have joined together to provide integrated primary and behavioral healthcare, to provide enriching training experiences for students, and to work with other community members and entities to offer necessary wraparound and ancillary services to the refugee population. At the present time, the CoRWC is a program within Aurora Mental Health Center; the Program Director will be an AuMHC employee. The Program Director will be expected to develop the existing program and thoughtfully consider new components; to oversee all wraparound and ancillary components; to work closely with the medical and behavioral health providing agencies; to recruit a community advisory board; to raise sufficient funds for operations and further development; and to work with the advisory board to determine a future path for the organization, including the potential for independent status and operation.
