There is street parking right in front and across the street. I asked about the garage again and a motorcycle should be enough to cause the garage door to open.  If not, you can get in by parking your bike, going through the key padded door (8852), and waiving your hand under the cieling mounted sensor on the outbound side.  The sensor is a white tube looking thing.  Then as the door opens, get your bike and go in.

From what I have been told by the DPD is, that sidewalk parking is up to the owner of the establishment it's in front of. As long as it does not actually block the flow of the sidewalk of course or block fire hydrnts etc.
