The Founding Committee is happy to inform you of the creation of a new Registered Neighborhood Organization: Denver Neighborhood Association, Inc., a Colorado Not for Profit Corporation (hereinafter "DNA").
The boundaries of DNA are the city limits of City And County of Denver, except Denver International Airport and Pena Blvd.
Founded under Article III. Sec. 12-62 Denver Code, the purpose of DNA is to improve the flow of information between the agencies of the city and this RNO.
Until the DNA's organization meeting, to be held in the spring of 2013, the undersigned is the contact person for Denver Neighborhood Association, Inc.
