Evergreen Golf Course Concession Services - RFP opportunity
The City and County of Denver, Department of Parks and Recreation, (“City”) wishes to enter into a concession license agreement to operate food and beverage concessions or, in the alternative, to operate the golf course operations and maintenance, including the food and beverage concession, at Evergreen Golf Course, Evergreen, Colorado described in a Scope of Work.
The Request for Proposals was issued on January 4, 2013. Copies of the RFP are available from the Denver Parks and Recreation Permits Department, 201 W. Colfax Ave., 2nd Floor next to Excise and License Department, weekdays 8:00am – 4:00pm. There is no fee for each set of bid documents obtained. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: Proposers must attend the pre-proposal meeting which shall take place on January 17, 2013 at 2:30 P.M. local time in the Evergreen Golf Course concession facility (clubhouse) at 29614 Upper Bear Creek Road, Evergreen, CO. The Pre-Proposal Briefing is mandatory, and proposers will be held responsible for all information presented at such meeting. A tour of the concession facilities will be made available following the mandatory pre-proposal meeting; other tours of the site will not be made available.
GENERAL: As its best interests may appear, the City and County of Denver reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive informalities in the qualifications or proposals. All responses submitted to the City and County of Denver pursuant to this Request for Proposals, and Contact made and entered into by the City and County of Denver, will be subject to all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity ordinances, rules and regulations, findings and policy determinations adopted, recognized or promulgated by the Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity and the Manager of Parks and Recreation that may be in effect at the time of this Request for Proposals.
Sealed proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on January 31, 2013. Proposals may be hand delivered to the Manager’s Office, Denver Parks and Recreation, 201 W. Colfax Ave., 6th floor or mailed to Denver Department of Parks and Recreation, Attn: Linda Kay Nedved, 201 W. Colfax Ave. Department 601, Denver, Colorado 80202-5328.
